Lenox Laser's 1st Science Fair Competition

(The science Fair Competition Opening Day, Gilbert R.
Smith of NASA Goddard Space Flight Center speaks to students)

March 27th, 2003, The Science Fair Competition of Maryland opening day.

Wide eyed and eager 4th grade students from the Greater Grace Christian Academy participated in an opening lecture given by Gilbert Smith of NASA Goddard.  Gathered in the dining hall of Lenox Laser, the host of the event, these young minds got ready to learn and explore.

More Pictures from the Competition can be found Here.

The children probed Gilbert's mind with a variety of questions ranging from the ABC's of space to the process of how an astronaut eats lunch. With their curiosity thoroughly quenched, we bid our generous guest a fond farewell, and prepared for the days exciting activities in scientific exploration.
